This is a fantastic toothpaste for those allergic to fluoride and sensitive to mint, like myself. For most of my life, I endured swollen, painful gums, and my tongue and cheeks felt burnt. Despite numerous dentist visits with various explanations, none provided relief. Realising mint aggravated my mouth, I sought a fluoride-free toothpaste on my holistic dentist's advice.
